If you only visit our website without using the services offered there or contacting us, only general information (“server log files”) will be collected. This includes the type of web browser you use, the operating system you use, the domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address and the like. This information is processed to ensure a smooth connection setup, the provision of the website and to check system stability and system security. No conclusions about your person will be drawn from this information.

1.3 Receiver

The recipient of the information is the technical service provider who operates our website, webgo GmbH, Heidenkampsweg 81, 20097 Hamburg. We have concluded a dataprocessing agreement with webgo GmbH.

1.4 Data retention

The information will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of collection. This is generally the case when your respective session has ended.

2. Contacting Us

2.1 Processing activity and purpose

On the one hand, your data is collected when you communicate it to us. This can, for example, be data that you transmit to us via email. Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you access our website.

The processing takes place within the scope of our legitimate interest in contacting you in an uncomplicated and customer-friendly manner (Article 6 (1) f GDPR). If you request an offer from us for our services, your data will be processed to carry out pre-contractual measures (Article 6 (1) b GDPR).

2.3 Recipients and transfers to third countries

2.3.1 We collect the above data via the provider Calendly, LLC, 115 E Main St, Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518 (USA). We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with Calendly, LLC, which also includes the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. This ensures that the data protection regulations of the EU are also observed when processing data in the U.S..

2.3.2 The recipient of the data is the provider of our customer relationship management system, myfactory International GmbH, Rosenheimer Str. 141 h, 81671 Munich. We have entered into a data processing agreement with myfactory International GmbH.

2.4 Data retention

If no contract is concluded as a result of you contacting us, your data will be deleted from our customer relationship management system no later than 6 months after your request has been processed. Otherwise, we will store your data in accordance with the statutory retention periods.

3. Cookies

3.1 Cookies used and purpose

Our website uses so-called “First Party Cookies”, i.e. cookies set by us. They are required to provide you with our website in a user-friendly and secure manner. 3.5 Data retention and deletion

The so-called session cookies are deleted when you close your internet browser. Other cookies are deleted when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
